■Now,it will ask to enter your desired Email,Enter email.

■After entering the email click on Next tab.

■Now a new window will appear,Enter your email's password.

■You have now successfully created a blogger account,Just enter
   your blogger address which you want example-                                you12.blogspot.com and also enter Title which they will ask.

■All the main steps had been done Now there you will see your        blog's title,Click on that.
